Flash or HTML ?

Flash is a site format based on animation but this is unfortunately not very accessible to handicapped people.
Moreover, to read a Flash site plug-ins are required and these plug-ins change every year necessitating incessant up-dates for the end user.
This is why the Flash format should never be used in the design of a site, except for the inclusion of specific animations, unless the site has another identical site set up using standard techniques.

Other uses for Flash are in on-line training sites or interactive games, usually for private access only.

In order to guarantee access to all the information that you want to put on line we advise the use of the HTML standard format.
